Voting in the LU 424 election is your opportunity to have a direct say in the leadership of your Local Union. All members in good standing are encouraged to participate and ensure their voice is heard.
In accordance with the LU 424 Bylaws under Article III, nominations for Executive Officer Positions must be made during the April Unit Meetings, and nominations for Unit Officer Positions must occur during the May Unit Meetings.
Once nominations are complete, the election will be conducted by mail-in ballot. Each eligible member will receive a voting package by mail. This package will include:

To vote, simply mark your selections on the ballot following the instructions provided. Place the completed ballot into the secrecy envelope, then insert that into the pre-addressed return envelope. Be sure to mail your ballot promptly to ensure it arrives before the deadline. Only ballots received by the deadline will be counted. Ballots for Executive Officer positions dropped off in person will not be counted.
Your vote remains confidential. The election process is managed independently, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to the rules outlined in the LU 424 Bylaws and the IBEW Constitution.
